Manuscripts should be written in clear, professional English. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
General Formatting Requirements:
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font: Palatino Linotype, 10 pt
- Line Spacing: 8 pt
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- Page Numbers: Must be numbered consecutively
2. Structure of the Manuscript
Title Page
- Full title of the paper
- Author name(s)
- Institutional affiliation(s)
- Corresponding author's email address
Abstract & Keywords
- Abstract: 150–250 words
- Clearly state the purpose, methodology, key findings, and implications
- Keywords: 4–6 keywords relevant to the study
Main Text Structure (Suggested):
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology / Experimental Setup
- Results / Findings
- Discussion
- Conclusion
Additionally include: Acknowledgements (if applicable), Funding Information (if applicable), Conflict of Interest Statement, and References
3. Referencing Style
IJETD recommends APA, Harvard, or IEEE style. Authors must ensure:
- All in-text citations appear in the reference list
- All references in the list are cited in the text
- References are complete and accurate
4. Tables, Figures, and Illustrations
- Number consecutively (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1)
- Provide clear titles and sources (if applicable)
- Figures must be high-resolution
- Permission must be obtained for copyrighted material
5. Ethical Responsibilities
Ethical Standards
Authors must adhere to high standards of research and publication ethics. By submitting to IJETD, authors confirm that:
- The work is original and free from plagiarism
- All authors have made a significant contribution
- The manuscript is not under review elsewhere
- Data has been collected and reported ethically
Note: For studies involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data, ethical approval must be obtained.

9. Submission Process
Before You Submit:
Manuscripts should be submitted via the official submission system or the designated email listed on the journal website. Before submission, authors must ensure:
- ✔ The manuscript follows journal formatting
- ✔ References are complete and accurate
- ✔ All required sections are included
- ✔ Author details are correct
10. After Acceptance
Once accepted:
- Authors may be asked to make minor formatting revisions
- Proofs will be sent for final approval
- Articles will be published online and assigned a DOI
- Authors will receive confirmation of publication
